Join us for the ISE 2024 SIXTEEN:NINE DIGITAL SIGNAGE MIXER on Mon. Jan 29, 2024 at 18:00 in stunning Barcelona. This in-person event brings together the top people in the European and global digital signage ecosystem, offering a chance to establish new business ties and renew old industry friendships.The ISE 2024 SIXTEEN:NINE DIGITAL SIGNAGE MIXER will take place at Plaça de Dante, a park pavilion up on a hillside overlooking the city.

The event will run for two hours, immediately before the global Digital Signage Awards, an annual dinner event that will run on the upper-level of the same building. The two events are affiliated, but ticketed separately. The mixer will double as a pre-dinner cocktail party for those awards, but to go upstairs for that event, you'll need to register here.
SIXTEEN:NINE networking mixers have been a central part of digital signage events for more than a decade, beginning with DSE but then adding on ISE and, most recently, InfoComm. Mixers routinely sell out, as the most important and influential people in the industry are drawn to fun, low-key events that genuinely allow for mixing and mingling.
We keep the sound down and offer up enough space for people to chat without yelling, and wander away from the bustle to have deeper conversations. In the case of our beautiful Barcelona venue, we'll have tables inside and outside on a plaza.
There are drinks and yummy served tapas. We start the event early enough that people can spend some time here, and still get on to the awards, business dinners, homework, or the next event on a busy social schedule.

The venue is a pavilion in a public gardens inside a park on a hill/small mountain overlooking Barcelona. The views are stunning, but your taxi driver might be a bit challenged to drop you off at the right place. The venue is a round pavilion just inside the gateway to the Jardins de Joan Brossa.
There is a taxi stand and we will ask venue staff to call for taxis to come by the area by 7:45 to 8:15 pm, and again after the awards.
We'd ask that you don't "crash" the event, as we have a capacity limit and bar and food counts tied to that.
Yes, that is part of the evening's plan.
Sorry, no, we looked into that but it is cost-prohibitive. Also, the Mixer is running on the evening before the show opens, so most attendees will be coming from their lodgings.
No, you are best to come by taxi or ride-share. There are local buses, but that may be best left to those with strong Spanish language skills. There is a cable car stop nearby, but that ride is just around the park and does not go near the city center or the Fira convention site.
